Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: November 2026
PicToClips is for creative, fun and business videos. To keep it safe, you may not use it to create, upload or share:
Never allowed
- Sexual or nude content of any kind, including "undressing" or sexualizing a real person's photo.
- Anything involving minors in a sexual, suggestive, violent or exploitative way. We report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.
- Deceptive fakes of real people: videos meant to make people believe a real person did or said something they didn't, including political deepfakes, fake endorsements and fake evidence.
- Impersonation, fraud or scams, including pretending to be someone to get money or information.
- Harassment, bullying, threats or hate targeting people or groups.
- Graphic violence, gore, self-harm or content promoting terrorism or violent extremism.
- Photos of people without their permission, or private images you don't have the right to use.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or publicity rights, such as using a celebrity's likeness to advertise.
- Anything else that's illegal where you live or where you share it.
Also not allowed
- Trying to get around our safety filters, limits or watermark.
- Creating multiple accounts to collect free credits, or reselling credits or access.
- Automated or bulk access without our written permission.
Good practice
- Use your own photos, or photos you have permission to use.
- When you share an AI video of a real person, say it's AI-generated.
What happens if rules are broken
We may block generations, remove content, keep credits, and suspend or close accounts, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities. To report content, use our report page. We act on valid reports within 48 hours.
